This will be up to $250.00 per room and will be returned to the card within 14 business days if the room is left in a reasonable condition. PLEASE NOTE: A cash deposit will be required if no credit or debit card can be produced. Security Deposit - PENTHOUSES A $500 security deposit is required prior to check in and will be returned to the card within 14 business days if the penthouse is un-damaged and left in a tidy condition.
